Lela Bryan, founder and Chief Learning Officer of Nicotine
Solutions, quit smoking—happily and permanently—on June 4,
1978. She has been successfully teaching others how to quit
smoking ever since.
Originally a high school teacher, Lela found her true calling
when—after 16 years of smoking—she finally discovered a way
to quit that actually worked.
Determined to spread the word, Lela decided to leave the school system and use her teaching skills to help people quit
smoking instead. Since then, she has taught smoking cessation throughout the US, Canada and South Africa. She
continued to hone and refine her program over the years to
make it as effective as possible.
Originally all of Lela’s classes took place in person. But with the
advent of the Internet she saw a way to help even more
people stop smoking, regain their health and realize their
dreams. Today she uses a combination of telephone conferencing, email, video, and audio technologies to deliver
impressive results.
Thanks to her innovative approaches, Lela’s students
consistently experience the highest success rates of any
system—90% of her students stop smoking by the end of the
program, and 70% are still smoke-free six months later.
With the Nicotine Solutions program, Lela can help anyone,
anywhere quit smoking or chewing (or any other nicotine
addiction) quickly and easily. All you need are a telephone, a
computer with Internet access, and a working printer.
