Wellbutrin and Zyban do not contain nicotine and a Doctor needs to prescribe them.

…I call them Prozac for smokers!

Wellbutrin has been around for long time as Anti-depressant. Some people
cut down on smoking temporarily while they were on Wellbutrin, but went
back to smoking when they went off of Wellbutrin.

Zyban is the newer designer drug with the same formula as Wellbutrin
but designed to have a beginning and an end just to get off cigarettes.

IF YOU DO WANT TO TAKE WELLBUTRIN OR ZYBAN during the class then
you will want to start ten days before cut-off. It takes ten days for the
drug to show effects.

You would NOT want to take the drugs through the whole class because
the things you are trying to work on would be masked.

You want to get in there and MESS with your habit and if you are taking
Zyban or Wellbutrin, it will get in the way of changing your habit permanently.

Let us know if you want to take either of these drugs as you are going
through the class . . .but they are certainly not necessary and in fact with
the horrible side effects that people get taking these drugs, you will do
just fine without them!

Some of my students say that they had such bad side effects, that they
could barely tie their shoe at the end of the day.

Ha! Who needs that!
